Viscen

Captain Viscen is leader of the Clock Town guards which appear in Majora's Mask. He is first seen in the Mayor's Residence arguing with Mutoh regarding what's best for the safety of Clock Town's residents. He wants to evacuate the townsfolk to safety and ultimately when the Mayor comes to a final decision, Viscen is not entirely satisfied, since he wanted all the people to be safe, but he is glad that they can evacuate of their own volition.
