Falbi is a former circus actor ^{[citation needed]} who now owns Falbi's Flight by Fowl at Lake Hylia that allows Link to fly with Cuccos over the lake. He seems to be more cheerful and enthusiastic than Fyer when it comes to his job. If Link throws all his Cuccos off into Lake Hylia, he will exclaim "Whu, where did all my Cuccos go, well I guess you'll have to learn how to fly by yourself, partner".

Falbi's Mystery

After freeing the cuccos in Kakariko Village, if Link transforms into a wolf and talks to the white cucco, he will say that his previous master mistreated him so he ran away, but he likes it much better at Kakariko Village. If Link brings the gray Cucco to where the Goron is keeping watch and talks to him as a wolf, he will say that the other Cucco flew in from Lake Hylia. As Falbi is the only person at Lake Hylia that owns Cuccos, it is obviously him who mistreated the white Cucco; however, none of the other Cuccos that Falbi owns complain about how they are treated; in fact they seem quite happy in life. Why the white cucco said this about Falbi is unknown.

Trivia

• One of the cuccos in Ordon Village mentions a legendary place in Hyrule where cuccos can happily flap their wings all day long. The cucco is obviously referring to Falbi's Flight by Fowl.
• Falbi and Fyer appear to be hovering over Lake Hylia in the end credits.
