In Majora's Mask, the Zora Cape is located through an entrance to the west inside the Zora Hall . It is a small place where Lulu can be seen standing idly until she recovers her voice, and it is also the place Link must visit in order to reach the Great Bay Temple.
Once Link has rescued the seven Zora Eggs and learns the New Wave Bossa Nova, he plays this newly acquired song in front of the Zora singer as the guitarist Mikau. Lulu's voice is recuperated, and with the sound of her voice, a giant Turtle awakens. It is through the Turtle that Link can get to the entrance of the Great Bay Temple.
