The Wood Heart is an item in the trading sequence of Phantom Hourglass.
Location and Uses
The item is obtained by giving the Guard Notebook to Nyave in the Southwestern sea of the World of the Ocean King. Giving it to the Wayfarer on his ship in the Southeastern sea will allow Link to return to Bannan Island and get the Swordsman's Scroll, which will allow Link to use the Spin Attack.
This item is also a treasure in Spirit Tracks. It can be sold for 50 Rupees. As well it is needed in order to trade with Linebeck III in order to get Train Parts.
