The frog-like Zephos and Cyclos of The Wind Waker. They live on Dragon Roost Island, which has a shrine honoring them on a small island on it's east side. They are among the gods who interact with Link on his quest, the others being Valoo, The Great Deku Tree, and Jabun. The shrine honoring Cyclos was severely damaged some time prior to Link's arrival to the island. This insult to his shrine infuriated Cyclos, angering him so much that he thenseforth terrorized the seas with typhoons. However, if Link gets out the Wind Waker while facing Zephos' shrine, he will learn the Wind's Requiem from Zephos, who charges you to go and calm his brother's fury.

A third frog-like wind god (though not called a god) appeared in Phantom Hourglass. Golden Chief Cylos is the leader of the Golden Frogs and seems to have powers similar to Zephos and Cyclos.
