Wiki Has Been Upgraded

The Wiki has been upgraded from version 1.4.2 to 1.4.6. This is the latest stable release of the WikiMedia software.

There should be near no change from a user point of view. Everything has gone seemingly smoothly, but feel free to report bugs if you find them.

Other things fixed:

- Image-upload problem has been fixed. You should now be able to upload images without getting errors.
