Pompie and Vera are middle-aged women found together on Windfall Island in The Wind Waker. They are always spreading idle gossip about the other inhabitants of Windfall, particularly Lenzo and Minenco. If Link shows them a pictograph of Lenzo and Minenco together, they will realize that the two of them are just friends and promise to stop spreading unnecessary rumors about others; morevoer, he will be rewarded with a Treasure Chart.
