Biography
MARKOL was born as Steven Alexander Christian in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, Germany on May 3, 1992. His father, Alan Christian was stationed at a US military base in Germany, in close range of Steven's birth place. Alan was told that he would have to move to a military base in Kuwait during the Gulf War (aka the Persian Gulf War). After a year, Alan returned from Kuwait when they learned that he and his family must move to the state of Georgia in the United States, near Alan's new station for training, where they were promised shelter and supplies. They moved to Atlanta, Georgia, close to Alan's siblings. It was not very often that Steven saw his father, who could only leave his station a few times a month. When Steven turned 3, his mother started showing him the basics of computers and at the age of 4 he was learning the basics of using the internet.
He had finished Kindergarten, at 6 years of age, when his father had resigned from military activities after they were supposedly running chemical tests on the soldiers. Alan had strong disregard against this, and so he and his family moved to the state of Massachusetts, where most of Candice's relatives lived. When Steven's family first moved to Massachusetts, they were living with Candice's parents, but it was not long after when they found of place of their own, not to far from Candice’s parents. Steven’s parents had found new jobs and Steven had begun the first grade. It was at the age of 8, when Steven was in second grade, that he had learned that he was going to have a younger sibling. This was the first time he was really around someone other than his family. Nothing had really changed until Steven entered the 4th grade and found what an excellent drafter he was, a trait that ran on his father’s side of the family.
At age 11, Steven was learning expert techniques, already being an expert at Photoshop, knowing how to mod electronics such as a PSP, and even advanced hacking. Even with middle school being a challenge, there was nothing exiting according to him, until he was ready to face his next step in life, high school. “High school has been a tough, yet exciting experience for me”, says Steven. Steven had chosen to go to a Vocational School, where he chose IT (Information Technology) as his trade. He has currently graduated from his sophomore year, and is to start to his junior in August.

Steven had been started on playing video games when he was 3, starting with basic learning games. His father had given him a Game Boy (the original black and white), which he had used on transportation to other military base, and an NES as well. It was a few years later that the N64 was released. This was a revolutionary time for game development not just for Nintendo, but for the whole “Gaming World” as they really had developed the some of the first true 3D plat formers including games like Super Mario 64, Super Smash Bros., and Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, which were the basis of modern games. However completion grew at the release of the GCN, when new competitor (Microsoft) stepped up to the plate with the new Xbox. Even Steven, a hardcore Nintendo fan, had been drawn to Microsoft’s newest creation with the release of the ever popular Halo series.

Table of Completion
Alright, enough talking in third person, this will just make things easier. When It says “Complete in the chart below, just know that doesn’t include any of the extra quests in the games, I may add a section for that, but for now be aware. You probably notice that I have the same number of completions as starts; that's because I never start what I now I won't finish ;).

Timeline Theory
There are so many timelines theories for Legend of Zelda out there, most being the highly accepted timeline theories. With enough evidence, it is plain to see that the there must be a split in the time line in order for the series to be chronologically correct. This split, as many known, would happen at the end of Ocarina of Time. This is my theory:
MC
|
OoT
/ \
MM WW
/ \
TP PH
/
FS/FSA
/
LttP
/
OoS/OoA
/
LA
/
LoZ
/
LoZ2
This is actually the most commonly accepted timeline; however, this is only my theory on the fact if the timeline includes every Zelda game. As far as I’m concerned, I only qualify the modern games (OoT, MM, WW, TP, and PH) as being a part of the timeline. Mario 64, Mario Sunshine, and Mario Galaxy are chronologically intact, but you don’t include the original Mario games as a part of it. This applies to every other Nintendo series starting in the NES era (except for Starfox), so why would Zelda be any different. I think in retrospect, though, the timeline doesn’t include any of the classic games because games such as OoT, LttP, and LoZ are retellings of the same story (battling Ganon to retrieve the Triforce and save Princess Zelda and Hyrule). Another example is the two Oracle games; they’re along the same principle, but some happenings are different between the games, once again retellings of the same story. Now correct me if I’m wrong, but I do believe that the title is the “LEGEND of Zelda”. A legend, also known as a myth or fable, are stories that are passed down from generations, told not by any records, but verbal speech. It is because of this these long ages of telling, that a story can change. Let’s take a look at the diversity of the Grimm Brother’s Cinderella and the Walt Disney version…hmmm (I’m not going into that, find out for yourself).

Favorite Zelda Sequence
In Twilight Princess when Renado tells Link, “My name is Renado; I am the shaman of this village. You have already served us very well, child. I thank you and this village thanks you. I also would like to introduce you to… the very noble…” Barnes grins from ear-to-ear when Renado turns his attention to the girl with black hair, “My daughter.” This makes Barnes upset, he growls and turns away and begins to walk down the trail that leads through town.
