Hey all. I'm a programmer, working on creating a game with the same style of play as the Legend of Zelda games. I was looking for a good place to gather some information and insight into the deeper world of LoZ, and I found this site.

I'm looking for any information on history, the "creation story," the etymology, ecology, and economy of Hyrule and the surrounding areas, as well as any info regarding how the items and weapons have been implemented and/or changed throughout the history of the series.

Finally, I'd like to say that I'm in the market for a team. At the moment, I am interested in anyone who has any prior knowledge of C# or XNA, anyone who would like to try their hand at concept art, and people to help write the storyline. What I'm looking for when this game is finished, is more of a corroboration of several minds, rather than the brain-child of one person. Hopefully, this will make the finished game better.

I am always open to suggestions, and I accept all criticism (negative or otherwise) with my head held high. I don't like to be indignant, or to start fights for no reason. My e-mail, for anyone who is interested, is:
