In The Wind Waker, small tree saplings are found scattered across many islands on the Great Sea, and also within the Forbidden Woods and Wind Temple. Sometimes they form a straight barrier, or a square formation enclosing a hidden rupee. They can be easily felled with any sword, but will grow back when the area is revisited.
