Tingle's Uncle is a minor character in Freshly-Picked Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. He wears a suit similar to Tingle's, although it is white.
Spoiler warning: The following contains key plot or ending details.
Once Tingle obtains the Master Rupee, Tingle's uncle will appear next to the Tower. He will try to sell Tingle the Staff Roll. Once Tingle buys the Staff Roll, he will then float off, and only appear during the credits after the game has been completed.
