What this Does
This template forces the table of contents to float on the right side of the page, as seen above.
What to Type
To use this template type: {{RTOC}}
Type in "Clear" as a parameter if you wish to clear all content in the way of the the table. It'd save you a few characters over using the Clear template in addition to this one.
