Anyone else think that Oracle of Seasons was made before Oracle of Ages? The former seems much simpler, with less plot, less involvement, less creativity, etc. I think that the developers got the basics down with OoS and then improved while making OoA. A pitty, since I like Seasons more.

No, the thing is that Oracle of Ages is more puzzle-based, and Seasons is action-oriented; you think it's not so deep, but it's actually because of that. --200.71.188.208 21:41, 15 November 2007 (EST)

Oracle Games[]

Should there be an article devoted to the two oracle games together, since the plot is extended? We have not addressed the extended plot in much detail as far as I am aware, and maybe an Oracle password linked page should be made. I've never played the games password linked (something I really want to do), so I wouldn't know if there was enough info or not. However, any opinions, positive or negative are appreciated! Thanks, --Magnus orion 22:29, 12 May 2008 (UTC)

What are the odds? I just started a password-linked game about five minutes ago! Literally. I agree with you. This site needs more coverage on the two games together.--Matt 22:36, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
There's a scant few differences, mostly in the Secrets quest and some side story lines are extended. And the bonus boss fights. It's a great idea for a page. I'll help out with it in any way that I can.Axiomist 02:09, 13 May 2008 (UTC)
As I have been called the "most knowledgeble on the Oracle Series", I'll also do what I can to help out with this information.

I would suggest adding an "extended plot" section to both Oracle pages. If this is not done by the time I get a spare moment, I'll add this myself.

Actually, let's try adding a plot! Oracle of Seasons is in better shape than Oracle of Ages for this standard, but the plot really needs its own section, like on the Twilight Princess page. Once again, I'll do this if it hasn't been done by the time I get a spare moment. --Yuvorias, 12:22, 13 May 2008 (EST)

I haven't been here in a while due to unforeseeable circumstances and homework. Anyway, I'm still worried about the lack of information regarding the extended plots of the oracle games, particularly because the ending appears to so smoothly transistion into LA, but also because this issue really should be addressed. As stated above, I have not played a linked game, so I lack ample information to contribute. I know a few silly details like Maple's evolving broomstick and Zelda showing up, and the final battle with Ganon in which the controls are inverted--Magnus orion 02:26, 10 July 2008 (UTC)
Hey. Long time no see. Nice to see you back. I completely agree. This needs to be dealt with. I have completed multiple linked games so I should be able to fill in quite a bit of the info.Matt (Talk) 02:39, July 10, 2008 (UTC)

Videos[]

It appears that the Japanese version of the TV ad has been removed from youTube. If someone wants to replace it or remove it, that would be great. Alter  {T C B H } 05:12, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

Please Improve[]

This page is really poorly done- we're talking about a main-stream Zelda game here. It's way too short, not very well written, and mostly consists of the plot. If everyone would like to chip in and see if we can make this a 5-star page, that'd be great. Alter  {T C B H } 06:44, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

That's just how the Oracle pages are around here. Most of them are slowly getting better, but a lot of them are frozen in this poor state because so few people own them. I'll see what I can do, but it'll probably be a while before I can act on it :( --Felicia's Champion 10:18, 10 February 2009 (UTC)
But they're such good games! How could ANYone not sell their soul to the devil for them?? lol just kidding. But seriously, some of the best games ever deserve to have a worthy wiki page. I'll try to work on it, too. See if I can't spiffy it up a little. Alter  {T C B H } 16:35, 10 February 2009 (UTC)

I'm in too, but a page as sparse as this really doesn't get me writing as well as I'd like. Once it takes form I'll be able to do better. Let's see what we can do. Axiomist (talk) 00:45, 11 February 2009 (UTC)
Im about to replay them after getting a used GBA that works finally. As for now Ill go over the articles and I wont take anything out but work on cleaning up any redundancy, ambiquity and overall grammar. --Bortson 20:21, 12 February 2010 (UTC)
