Talk:Darunia
From Zelda Wiki, the Zelda encyclopedia
Quick question. If there was a rock shortage in the Goron city, then what was that room in the back full of? They look like giant rocks to me. (The room with hundreds of rocks and some rupee filled chests.) You'd think that they'd have eaten those... Unless they have to be some specific taste or something... WHich I don't see happening... Just asking.
- There wasn't necessarily a rock "shortage", per se, more that the Dodongos has in a sense "poisoned" all of the rocks, so nothing was really safe to eat anymore. If I remember correctly. Ando 12:28, 18 January 2008 (EST)
- I think this answers it quite well:
| Everyone feels faint from hunger because of the food shortage in this town. We are in danger of extinction! It's all because we can't enter our quarry, the Dodongo's Cavern. We Gorons live on a diet of rocks... And the most delicious and nutritious rocks around are found in the Dodongo's Cavern! But that seems like ancient history now... We've become such gourmets that we can't stand to eat rocks from anywhere else! Sigh... I want to eat the top sirloin rocks from the Dodongo's Cavern! | ||
Oh. okay. thanks\
anyone else notice?
A lot of the sages are connected via songs- Saria's Song, by the Forest Sage, inspires Darunia, the Fire Sage, to dance like crazy. Zelda's Lullaby, by Impa, the Shadow Sage, for Zelda, the seventh sage, opens the way to see Darunia and Ruto, the Water Sage. only Nabooru's knocked out of it... --Sk8torchic
- You forgot Rauru.--K2L 21:36, 6 November 2009 (UTC)
- Rauru is gotten to via the time song thingy, which was taught to you by Zelda. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Krizzy (talk) 01:55, January 25, 2011
