Swiftblade the First

You can find the Spirit of Swiftblade the First's Dojo in the southeast of Castor Wilds, beneath a tomb. You'll need the Pegasus Boots to reach it, and for the spirit to teach you anything you'll need to know all seven other techniques. Only then will he teach the Great Spin Attack.
