Sunken City Falls

The Sunken City Falls are two waterfalls at the top of Sunken City from Oracle of Seasons. One contains some blocks that need to be all hit at once with a spin attack. Once you hit the blocks, the Zora's Flippers will appear in the other. You need to ride Dimitri to enter the falls.
