Stamp is a resident of Hyrule Town in The Minish Cap. He stays behind the counter of the Post Office, stamping letters and constantly mumbling his task. He is never seen walking around Hyrule.

After Link fuses Kinstones with the Postman, Marcy shows up to help Stamp out in the post office.
