The Skull Tower Idol is the eighth item in the Island Trading Sequence. It is received by trading the Fountain Idol with the Traveling Merchant on Greatfish Isle.

Trivia

The top skull has a resemblance to a Bubble in its depiction in Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess.
