The Romani's Mask is a mask worn on the head, rather than the face, and looks like a cow. It appears in Majora's Mask. It can be earned by helping Cremia make a delivery to town.
Location
Obtaining the mask is part of the Romani and Cremia sidequests. Link must visit Romani Ranch before 6:00 PM on the Second Day and have completed the sidequest to protect the cows from the Ghosts with Romani on the First Day. This will require a bow and access to Powder Kegs. Cremia will ask if he wants to ride with her into town while she makes a delivery.[1] On the way, they are forced to take a detour through ugly country because of a fence blocking Milk Road.[2] Link defends her milk supply from bandits[3] who wish to destroy it and she delivers it to the Milk Bar. If at least one bottle of milk remains, Cremia will reward Link with the Romani's Mask.[4]
The Happy Mask Salesman calls it a "sentimental item", which seems to be true in the case of Cremia, who promises to make Romani her own mask now that she sees her little sister has become an adult.[5]
Uses
The mask signifies that the one wearing it is a member of the Milk Bar, and an adult.[6][7] While wearing the mask, the members-only Milk Bar will see that Link is a member, and will allow him to enter.[8] This is useful many times, and is necessary to obtain valuable items that require Milk Bar access like the Circus Leader's Mask, Chateau Romani, and a Bottle.
