Rem is a character in The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap who is always falling asleep while working. His shoes are finished by Picoris. He gives you the Pegasus Boots after waking him up using the Wake Up Mushroom.
"The Proprietor of Rem's Shoe Store. Using his "secret techique," he makes shoes in his sleep. Princess Zelda is his single biggest source of income."
