The
reekfish is a red fish found only in
Zora's Domain in
Twilight Princess, and are a favorite food of the
Yeti race. The fish has a strong smell which helps
Link, while in
wolf form, locate the source of all the monster sightings in Zora's Domain. Strangely, when you first meet Yeto he is holding a Reekfish as big as Link, which is several times bigger then any seen in
Zora's Domain.
The Reekfish can only be caught with a special Coral lure.
It apparently has a horrid stench, according to it's description. [1]
Trivia
Apparently if Yeto had not had the large Reekfish when he meets Wolf Link, he would of taken Link for dinner instead.
