Arguably the most powerful ring in Oracle of Seasons, the Power Ring L-3 increases the sword's attack power by three when worn, but also increases the damage he takes by eight. Damage of one is equivalent to 1/8 Heart.
This ring can only be obtained in the password-linked Hero's Cave in Seasons.
