Kafei

Kafei (カーフェイ, Kaafei) is a well known young man who lives in Clock Town, found in Majora's Mask. He enjoys hanging around at the Milk Bar, and his diary mentions showing off his ceremonial wedding mask to all "the guys" while he is there. He is son of Mayor Dotour and Madame Aroma and is engaged to be married to the innkeeper, Anju.
Unfortunately, about a month before his wedding (which will take place the same day as the Carnival of Time), the Skull Kid turns him into a child. Kafei quickly seeks out the help of the Great Fairy, who lives in North Clock Town, but on the way Sakon, a thief from Ikana Canyon, steals his wedding mask (the Sun Mask).
Kafei promised Anju that he would show up with the mask and, not wanting to break his promise, goes into hiding at the Curiosity Shop. He disguises himself with a Keaton Mask that the Curiosity Shop owner gave him when he was a child and secretly watches all of the customers of the Curiosity Shop (which sells stolen goods). He is positive that the thief will appear and he will be able to follow him to retrieve his mask.

Bombers' Notebook Entry
Kafei is one of the twenty characters who has an entry in the Bombers' Notebook. Along with Anju's entry, the entire Reuniting Kafei and Anju sidequest's timeline is revealed.
The Pendant of Memories
The Pendant of Memories is a small charm that Kafei wears around his neck. When Link meets Kafei for the first time, Kafei gives Link the charm and asks him to give it to Anju. Upon receiving it, Anju will promise to wait for Kafei until he returns.
The charm has no real use while in your inventory, but is symbolic of the love Kafei and Anju share.

Cameos
- In Animal Crossing for the Nintendo GameCube, Kafei's clothes appear as an item that players can purchase and wear as the item "Kafei's Shirt".
Trivia
- Kafei could possibly be a Sheikah as he has red eyes - a typical Sheikah trait.
- A similar looking pendant to the Pendant of Memories is found in Twilight Princess. It is worn by Agitha but it has a different coloration.
