Ordon Woods

Ordon Woods is the area located just north of Ordon Village in Twilight Princess. It is located in the Ordona Province and contains the Ordon Spring, home of the Light Spirit Ordona. The trees in the woods are full of Rupees. Unlike other Rupee-filled trees in other games, the Rupees in the Ordon Woods' trees will regenerate. There are also notably many squirrels in the woods. It serves very little purpose in-game, other than a connection between Ordon Village, the Faron Woods and the Ordon Spring.
Ordon Spring
Near the beginning of the adventure, Link comes to this area to get Epona back from his friend Ilia, who was simply washing her up. Later on, after Link saves Malo from the Monkeys, he, Ilia, and Colin were attacked by a group of Moblins. Link was knocked out by a swift hit to the back of his skull, while Ilia and Colin were stunned by arrows.
Later on in the quest, the Spring serves as an area where the Great Fairy resides as well as several fairies only after Link has completed the Cave of Ordeals
