Soups in Twilight Princess
From Zelda Wiki.org
The following is a list of soups that appear in Twilight Princess. Link can store a portion of soup in an Empty Bottle by swiping the bottle near the respective cauldron. The bottled soup can then be used to recover hearts, similar to most Potions.

Soups in Snowpeak Ruins
These can be received from Yeto in Snowpeak Ruins. Soups are the only source of regaining lost Recovery Hearts in the dungeon prior to defeating the area's boss, Blizzeta.Simple Soup
This is the first stage of the soup that Yeto makes for his wife, Yeta, to help cure her. It's made from reekfish. Simple Soup recovers two hearts and can be kept in a bottle. Find and give Yeto the Ordon Pumpkin to upgrade this into the Good Soup.
Good soup
This is the upgraded Simple Soup. It is made once you give Yeto the second Ordon Pumpkin that you find within a treasure chest in the ruins. Good Soup recovers four hearts.
Superb Soup
This is the final soup in Snowpeak Ruins. This is soup created by Yeto after Link gives him Ordon Goat Cheese. This delicious soup acts as a Red Potion, as it heals eight hearts. After clearing the dungeon, Link can return to Snowpeak and take the soup for free anytime.
Oddly enough, both the cheese and pumpkins used as ingredients are from Link's hometown, Ordon Village.
Nasty Soup
Nasty Soup can be found sitting in Coro's pot, near Faron Spring in Faron Woods. Coro will advise Link against taking any unless the hero lights a fire underneath the soup first (via Lantern), to make it "safe", although the player can still ignore this advice and scoop it up before cooking. Sometimes the soup recovers hearts, but it may also take away a heart.
