Mother & Child Isles

The Mother island is home to the Fairy Queen, who grants Link the Fire Arrows and Ice Arrows. However, it is surrounded with a high rock wall. The only way to access it is using the the Ballad of Gales, learned from Cyclos, to warp in.
On the Child island, which can be accessed by boat, Link meets a Goron Merchant. It is also home to the Blue ChuChu, and a tornado.
While Mother & Child Isles only appears in The Wind Waker, in Twilight Princess, within Zora's Domain, there is a similar structure known as the Mother-and-Child Rocks.
