The Moon's Tear is an object obtained in Majora's Mask by peering through the telescope in the Observatory. You must look at the Skull Kid, who is fooling around on the top of the Clock Tower. He will cause the Tear to fall from the Moon, and then he will taunt you and disappear. From there, you can go just outside the Observatory and retrieve the Tear. Give it to the Deku Sales Scrub in South Clock Town for the Town Deed. The Tear is essential in starting the trading process that involves all the Sales Scrubs in Termina.
