Missy is a resident of Windfall Island in The Wind Waker. She is the mother of Dampa the Sailor, and can mostly be found on the secondary docks (accessed between Zunari's shop and Mila's/Maggie's house). She is also a regular participant in Zunari's night-time auctions.
