Malmord is the boss of the Shrine of Destiny. She claims to have control over destiny, although Zelda still manages to defeat her. She attacks by melting into the shadows and moving around the room. She can only be attacked during the brief moment that she is solid.
Later in the game, she is revived by Ganon, as are the other bosses (except for Ursore). She is the only boss that is fought differently than in the original fight. In this fight, she transforms into Dragonflies. They are the only enemies that will drop hearts during the final stage.
Trivia
- Like Pasquinade, Malmord seems to have a fondness for speaking in rhyme.
