Madame Scratchcard (スクラッチマダム Sukuratchimadamu) appears only in Tingle's Rosy Rupeeland. She lives in Port Town with her husband, who is a gem dealer. If you find a chip during your quest, she'll let you play a mini-game. If you scratch off three of the same icons, you'll win a hefty amount of rupees. If you come across an elusive super chip, she'll let you play a hyped-up version of the game which yields a far greater amount of rupees.
