This Sidequest ultimately leads to the Deluxe Pictobox in The Wind Waker. After obtaining the Pictobox visit Lenzo, listen to his description of displayed Pictographs, leave and return to the shop. Lenzo will be seeking an assistant. All three of Lenzo's challenges are completed on Windfall Island.

Exercise One – A love letter
Stake out the Mail Box, remain out of sight and wait for Garrickson, the man in red coveralls, to deliver his love letter. Take the pictograph and bring it to Lenzo for the next challenge.
Exercise Two – The Face of Fear
Scare Gossack, the man sitting at the table at the Cafe Bar, and snap a picture. Bring it to Lenzo for the next challenge.
Exercise Three – The Secret Couple
Wait for Anton, the man strolling through town, to look at and pass Linda, the orange woman near the school, to chat. Bring a picture of them to Lenzo.

Reward
Lenzo's last task for Link is to bring a Firefly from Forest Haven. The reward for all of this trouble will be a Deluxe Pictobox, capable of taking Color Pictures thusly unlocking the Color Pictography Quests and the Nintendo Gallery sidequests.
