Koboli is the mail sorter of the Rito people in The Wind Waker. He is currently the third generation of postmen, but a small rumor has been going around that there may be ancestor of his from a long time ago was a postman just like him. He hires Link to be an assistant sorter and he becomes so impressed with Link that he hires another person, Baito.

Koboli strongly resembles the Postman from Majora's Mask.
