History
Just Zelda started on August 11th, 2003.
Just Zelda was originally created by Addismad, who ran the site from August 2003 to November 2005. Addismad then handed the site over to the member PrinceZora. The other two staff members that worked with Addismad, "The Daku Tree Scrub" and "TroutBoy" decided to leave as well. PrinceZora was inexperienced, and maintaining an entire website and community was impossible. The site started to go downhill, however PrinceZora gained a new staff member named Thewindmaker, who also knew nothing about HTML or web design. In June 2006 PrinceZora dissapeared without a trace. With no one able to update the site, it quickly began to dissolve, and the community was dying. Thewindmaker had the password to the site, however he did not know how to login or maintain the site, and it continued to die. In October 2006, Thewindmaker asked around on Nintendo's very own forums and found someone who helped him gain access to the site.
Thewindmaker made "DekuKid" his co-webmaster and together they began to reconstruct the community that once existed.
After many ups and downs with servers, domains and low activity, the site is now back up. It has slowed down in the past few months, however, and may never again pick up. The site will continue to exist while there are a few people who enjoy using the forums.
