Iza is the owner of the Rapid Ride minigame located in Lanayru Province in Twilight Princess. She rewards Link with additional Bomb Bags as rewards for scoring high in the minigame. She has a younger brother called Coro and a younger sister called Hena. Both run their own businesses respectively.

When you first meet Iza she will not let you rent a boat. But after you kill the shadow beasts that appear she lets you inside. She asks you to clear some rocks blocking the path saying that she will give you a reward. After you clear the path a Zora that works for her tells you that she often bribes people to get them to help her. Iza never misses a chance to flirt with Link although she seems as though she is a little old for him. If Link breaks the yellow jars hanging in her shop she will demand that Link pays for the damage shouting "COM-PEN-SA-TION!!" angrily at him. She will also refuse service to Link until he agrees to pay for the damages he caused with 10 rupees. Plumm may belong to her as Iza's brother and sister both own a bird.

During the end credits Iza, Hena and Coro are all together at the fishing hole.
