Horon Village appears in the southernmost portion of Holodrum, and is the largest settlement of the land. It plays a role of the "main city" in Oracle of Seasons, much like Castle Town or Kakariko Village do in other Zelda installments. The village itself is home to several important locations for Link: Vasu Jewelers, the Maku Tree, and the only store in Holodrum, Horon Village Shop. Bipin, Blossom, the Mayor, and most non-Subrosian characters can usually be found in or nearby the town. The first step of the trading sequence occurs here, and is followed by several more throughout the game.

This is the only locale in Holodrum where all four seasons can occur naturally, with no need for the Rod of Seasons.
