The User Navigation Bar, or User Nav is a separate page which goes across the top of the user page it is coded into. It can be simply used by typing {{User:Username/nav}}. This bar can be used to help navigate visitors through the wondrous pages linked in the bar, such as the user's sandbox or Myspace page.
Template
The default User Nav template can be used to easily create a User Navigation bar and personalize it to the likings of the user. To use this template, type in {{Subst:User Nav}}, then go back and edit the bar to your liking. More advanced user may wish to create the User Nav box themself. While this has been done before, using the default User Nav template is encouraged. One advantage of using this template is that the text tells the user where it will go on the template, leading to less confusion in the coding process.
