The Gust Bellows is an item that first appears in Skyward Sword which is used to blow gusts of wind.
Location and Uses
The Gust Bellows is an item reminiscent of the Gust Jar from The Minish Cap. Link uses the item to create powerful vortexes of wind, which can be used reveal objects underneath ancient piles of sand, or the remains of non-hardened magma.[1][2] It can also be used to blow away small enemies, making then vulnerable for a short period of time, but it can also be used to expose enemy's weak points, such as the Armos. It is found in the Lanayru Mining Facility, in a large, sand-filled warehouse patrolled by Froaks. Contrary to most dungeon items, it's not guarded by a mini-boss. After completing the Lanayru Mining Facility, the Gust Bellows can be used in a sidequest for Mallara, Pipit's mom, who asks Link to blow away all of the dust, infesting the interior of her home.[3][4] Upon doing so, the hero will receive a Red Rupee and 5 Gratitude Crystals as a reward.
