The Wind Waker

You can get the Gold Membership in The Wind Waker, after buying 60 items altogether from Beedle. You get it from Beedle's Shop Ship. You have to have the Silver Membership to get the gold, though. Both the silver and gold memberships are acquired by purchasing a lot of items from Beedle.

Phantom Hourglass

You can get the Gold Membership in Phantom Hourglass, after obtaining 50 points altogether from Beedle. More expensive items are worth more points.

A gold membership gives Link 20% off all purchases he makes at Beedle's ships, but not Masked Beedle. Link also receives a Compliment Card. With this card Beedle will give Link a big thanks.

If Link can get 100 points, he will earn a Platinum Membership.
