Link's Awakening
One glitch in Link's Awakening lets Link become completely invisible. To activate the glitch one must press all of the buttons randomly. it is unknown if there is a special order. The only way to see Link is to hold your sword in front of Link. The glitch will end when Link goes inside a cave, house, or shop. Click here to view. another is a warping glitch it only works in the orginal when you are switching screens press map button right before the camera scrolls and you should be on the other side of the screen regardless of whats there note that if used improperly (using it were theres water on the right side of screen) you will be stuck and not be able to move
Ocarina of Time
One famous glitch is the infinite sword glitch, look it up online for more details. This glitch makes your sword active, even though you're not swinging it around. You can walk close to a Gossip Stone, and it will spark up like it would have as if you were actually hitting it. This glitch is also effective on regular enemies. However, you can't jump off cliffs, and if you swing and attack regularly, you lose your ability to use the glitch, and have to repeat the steps of the glitch in order to use it again. There are also glitches that are involuntary, as in you didn't do anything to make it happen. Unless you use too many cheats like when your an adult in Ocarina of Time. The physics engine may be corrupted temporarily, and if you pick up a rock and throw it, it may float away and never return. Some glitches may be hazardous to your game, and do things such as freezing your game, or corrupting save files.
Another famous glitch is the swordless Link glitch that enables link to put the master sword away and have a blank B button. This glitch is done while saving after getting the sword knocked out of your hands by Ganon at the final battle. Swordless Link opens a whole new world of glitches into the mix such as using any C button item while on Epona. This method of getting the glitch was fixed in version 1.1 and all other versions after, But it is still possible to get the glitch using another glitch method known as Ocarina items.

Oracle of Ages
After beating the game, Link must travel to the area where Nayru is found singing. He must then warp back into time, stand next to the point where in the future Nayru will be, and then warp back to the present. If you then pull out a bomb, Nayru's sprite will change to alternating sprites of blue faries, hearts, and rupees.
The Wind Waker
The only glitch reported yet is an item glitch. To do it, set a rare item to X, Y or Z. Any item that is consumable will work. Other items will work, but doing it with the Wind Waker is tricky. Use the item and delve into the inventory simultaneously. Replace the item you are in the midst of using with any item you have. Exit the inventory. You will use the replaced item, with all of its effects active, yet if it is consumable the game will not deduce the number of items you have. This is because the game finished using said item after the replacement. It no longer remembers how many of the item is present, it adds one more to the quantity it actually has. In the case of bottling something with this glitch, it subtracts the quantity down to -1, deleting the bottled object. Consuming something in a bottle doesn't subtract, it adds 1 to the quantity like all consuming. A note: It only subtracts the quantity of the bottle if you bottled it yourself. It doesn't work when you sell Beedle something, the second item tries to be sold rather than the first. Also, this glitch can only swap once. It is perfectly safe to do this glitch. I may have very well been the first to find it. Maybe using it with first-person weapons may lead to other glitches. and heres one funny glitch: put the tingle tuner on y and press y+start and you have to literaly press it at exactly the same time if done corectly you will be at the item select screen select any item but the tingle tuner and put them at y item affects: iron boots or magic armor link will be holding air skull hammer boomerang deku leaf or any holdable items will go through his head! (i forget what the sail does...)
Twilight Princess
Twilight Princess has a large number of fantastic glitches that can aid you in multiple instances. There are certain glitches that are very humorous, and should be tried whenever you get the chance.
Early Master Sword
The early Master Sword glitch is probably one of the best Legend of Zelda glitches of all time. It allows Link to get the Master Sword as early in the game as Twilight Faron Woods. When Link gets it, he can transform between human and wolf, even though he wasn't cursed by Zant yet. You can even transform into a human even while in the Twilight. After you do it, Midna will start being kinder to Link, and will ask Link to find the Mirror of Twilight, even if you're not at that point in the game yet. There are two drawbacks to this glitch: it is extremely difficult to do and requires timing and LOTS of patience. The second drawback is that Link may find himself at a dead end in the game, but that can be avoided if Link goes up to the Master Sword, leaves the Sacred Grove, saves the game, restarts the game, and repeats the glitch. Cannon Room Glitch
This glitch was addressed directly by Nintendo, and plagues many of the launch versions of Twilight Princess. While Link is in the Cannon room in Kakariko Village, the player may be unable to exit the room if he or she saves the game while inside, turns off his or her Wii, and turns it back on again. Shad, who was previously in the room, will no longer appear there, however when the player attempts to warp the cannon, Midna will act as though a person is still in the room - however, Shad is nowhere in sight. When Link attempts to leave the room, Shad appears on a separate dialog screen, and asks Link where he is going. This makes it impossible for Link to leave the room by any means, as Midna won't allow him to warp and Shad will not allow him to leave the room.
Nintendo has stated that it will exchange the games for an updated version that does not have the glitch. [1]
Arbiter's Grounds
Outside of the Arbiter's Grounds are two ledges with torches above them. At a certain angle, Link can climb up onto these ledges. If Link moves forward, or in any direction besides backwards, the "Falling" sound will be heard, and it will start you back at the entrance point with deducted health as if you fell down a hole.
