Fuzo

In Phantom Hourglass, Fuzo is the apprentice of Eddo. You can find him on Cannon Island, at Eddo's Garage.

Fuzo's main role is to award prizes for Battle Mode accomplishments. For every 4 Big Plays earned in Battle mode, Fuzo will reward Link with a Gold Ship Part. Since only 16 Big Plays are possible, the maximum number of rewards is 4.

At a certain point in the game, Fuzo tells you of how you need to go around the Bomb Garden to get to Eddo, he then opens the gate for you.
