The Flying Carpet, found in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, was used by the Carpet Merchant in the Haunted Wasteland. It can be accessed by using the Hover Boots to cross onto it. The merchant on it sells lots of ten Bombchus for two hundred Rupees each.

Although exceedingly difficult, it is possible to jump to the Flying Carpet (without the aid of the Hover Boots.)
