Fairy Slingshot

The Fairy Slingshot is obtained from Inside the Deku Tree. Besides being Young Link's sole projectile weapon, it aids in solving puzzles and playing minigames.
Excerpt from the Ocarina of Time Instruction Booklet:
- "Use the Slingshot to shoot enemies or objects that are far away."
- A slingshot found by young link inside of the Great Deku Tree. It fires small Deku Seeds and is essential to the survival of Young Link.
Description from the Ocarina of Time Strategy Guide:
- "As a child, Link was famous for his skill with his Fairy Slingshot, a longrange weapon that he found early in his quest. Using Deku Seeds as ammunition, it was said that he could strike down Skulltulas and other fearsome enemies with ease."
