Link's Awakening
Facade is a boss that Link encounters in the sixth dungeon, the Face Shrine in Link's Awakening. At the beginning he will give a clue on what his weakness is. The answer is Bombs.
Strategy
Avoid the flying tiles and pots it sends towards you drop Bombs on its face when it appears. It will also make holes in the ground. It is one of the only bosses where you can mitigate most of its attacks.
Aftermath
After you defeat him, he will hint to Link that Koholint Island is part of the Wind Fish's dream. This gets you the Coral Triangle.
Oracle of Seasons
Facade is also encountered in Oracle of Seasons, as a mini-boss of Snake's Remains as well as within Onox's Castle, just before the battle with Onox.
