In Ocarina of Time, there are five frogs that can be located underneath Zora River who call themselves the Fabulous Five Froggish Tenors.[1] By standing on a protruding log and playing the Ocarina, the frogs start croaking to Link's tune. A successful tune engages a sudden growth spurt in one of the frogs, and the group promptly awards Link with 50 rupees. Once all five frogs have grown, a mini-game can be activated where Link must follow the tune which the frogs play, in order to make them leap to catch the butterflies suspended above their heads. The reward is a Heart Piece. Playing the Song of Storms for them also rewards Link with a Heart Piece.

The five frogs also have their own Terminan counterpart in Majora's Mask. They form part of Don Gero's Frog Choir, and if all five frogs are gathered together in Mountain Village during the spring, they will award Link with a Piece of Heart if he conducts them wearing Don Gero's Mask.
