This is a large area where the eastern bridge to Castle Town is found (the bridge is broken until you make a donation to the goron in Malo's Shop) as well as the Bridge of Eldin which leads you to Zora's Domain (this bridge will also become broken after crossing it, but the piece you seek for is in the Gerudo Desert).
