Dr. Troy is a character from Oracle of Ages. He is an experienced biologist who has traveled the world in his study of animals.[1][2] Dr. Troy resides in northwestern Lynna City. He will inform Link on various creatures in the game. Once Link defeats Veran, Dr. Troy will travel to the Target Carts game on Rolling Ridge to study Gorons.[3]
In a Linked Game of Oracle of Seasons, Dr. Troy's student will appear in Holodrum next to Guru-Guru on top of the Windmill near Horon Village.[4][5] He will ask Link to tell a secret to his teacher in Labrynna.[6] Once Link tells the secret to Dr. Troy, the biologist will thank Link for the update, and will offer him a "gift" if he can get a perfect score in the Target Carts mini-game.[7] After successfully completing the mini-game, Dr. Troy will give Link the Bombchus.
