Deku Stage

The Deku Stage is an underground niche filled with Deku Scrubs who appear to be waiting for entertainment to fall down into their company. The stage is at the bottom of a hole concealed by flowers in a clearing beneath a single tree hidden within The Lost Woods in Ocarina of Time. The location of this hole is marked by a cluster of butterflies.

To entertain the Scrubs, put on a mask borrowed from the Happy Mask Salesman and stand in front of them. They will do one of three things, one: they will be amazed and give you a reward, two: they will hate your mask but give you a reward for trying, or three: they will shoot nuts at you.

If you wear the Skull Mask, you get an upgrade to carry more Deku Sticks. Wearing the Mask of Truth gives you the upgrade to carry more Deku Nuts.
