Cyclos is Zephos' long lost brother, and a disgrace to his family. Cyclos used to be as kind and wise as his older brother, but once he got angry from his broken shrine, he dedicated his life to control the cyclones of the sea and wreak havoc on all who encountered him. Many say that if one could harness the power of Cyclos' magic, there would be no telling how useful cyclones could be.
You can find Cyclos in a humongous cyclone. If you sail into it, he will take you in. You have to quickly whip out your bow and shoot him three times (aim a little to the right because of the wind). If you succeed, he will teach you the Ballad of the Gales.
