Link Tattoos

Tattoo as of July 21, 2010.
From The Chosen One. I have been a huge fan of Legend of Zelda since the original game for the NES. I always said that I would never get a video game character tattoo on myself. However. I just couldn't resist once I got my first tattoo. Then I got the idea for this tattoo. It actually started off with a different stance, but then I found the current one. The way it showed such detail right off the bat was the clincher. But also I wanted it slightly different than the games. I wanted to make Link a little more realistic. So I made him look a few years older, more in his mid twenties. Therefore he is stronger, smarter, battle tested, and a little cocky. As the tattoo is developed more, you will see more of what I am talking about. A few details on the tattoo:

Total Cost: $250 Sessions: 2 currently done, with 3-4 total planned. First session was about 6 hours. Second session was a mini session of about 1 1/2 hours to bring the total to 7 1/2 hours. Tattoo Artist: Justin Williams, he is a friend of mine which is why the cost was so cheap. He currently is planning on opening a shop soon.

Miscellaneous Zelda Tattoos

Finished.
Also from The Chosen One. This one may not necessarily look it, but is a Link Tattoo. The reason I got this one was because of a Legend of Zelda shirt. The very last line says "I Am The Chosen One." And this is the reason why I got this tattoo and why I am posting it. Details on Tattoo:

Total Cost: $100 Session: 1 Total for 4 hours Tattoo artist:Justin Williams
