Clouds are corrupted versions of Anti-Fairies. They do not reduce magic power but are still a nuisance nonetheless. It is best to just avoid Clouds because of their mysterious powers. Both parts of a cloud are able to hurt Link, but only the smaller, less transparent part can be attacked.
